Today at noon, we held a webinar before the oral argument in Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants. Tom Goldstein, Genevieve Lakier of the University of Chicago Law School and Amanda Shanor of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School led a discussion for law school students on the First Amendment. A recording of the webinar is available below.

The case will be argued at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6, with live audio access via the blog. We will host another webinar to talk about the argument, at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 8. Join us to ask questions here. The post-argument webinar will also be live-streamed.
