On Monday the Supreme Courtreleasedorders from the June 21 conference. The justice added seven new cases to their merits docket for next term: Republic of Sudan v. Harrison, Washington State Department of Licensing v. Couger Den, Inc., Dawson v. Steager, Nutraceutical Corp. v. Lambert, Biestek v. Berryhill, Helsinn Healthcare S.A. v. The justices also announced their decisions inAbbott v. PerezandOhio v. American Express Co.
On Tuesday the Supreme Court released its opinions inTrump v. HawaiiandNational Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra.
On Wednesday morning the Supreme Court released its final opinions from October Term 2017, in Janus v. AFSCME and Florida v. Georgia.
On Wednesday afternoon Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the Supreme Court.
