Note to Readers

Lyle’s first report on the health care morning argument will be abbreviated because of the limited break time allowed for writing.  In order for reporters to be back in their seats in the courtroom for the afternoon argument, the Court staff will be able to allow perhaps 20 minutes or less for writing initial reports.  The morning post will be expanded after the afternoon argument.
