This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the Court is expected to release orders from its April 22 Conference. Our list of “Petitions to Watch†for that Conference is here. We will announce any granted cases on the blog homepage, with details to follow.
We expect the Court to issue one or more opinions on Tuesday. Because most of the SCOTUSblog team will be at the Court for oral arguments that day, we will not have a Live Blog. Lyle will post a brief summary of any opinions that the Court does issue, with analysis to follow as soon as possible.
This is the last week of oral arguments for the Term.
On Monday, April 25, the Court will hear oral argument in Erica P. John Fund v. Halliburton (09-1403), followed by the oral argument in McNeill v. United States (10-5258).
On Tuesday, the Court will hear oral argument in Sorrell v. IMS Health (10-779).
On Wednesday, the Court will hear oral argument in Nevada Commission on Ethics v. Carrigan (10-568).
On Friday, the Justices will meet for their April 29 Conference. Our “Petitions to Watch†list for that Conference will be available soon.
