SCOTUSblog on Twitter

Here’s an update on the blog’s activity on Twitter:
Tweeting more: Starting last week, all six core members of our team began tweeting most days. Â Our intent is to capture our collective knowledge about developments at the Court or on the blog that aren’t appropriate for separate posts, and to better solicit reactions from you about new programming and features we’re considering.
A second feed for new blog posts: @SCOTUSblog is the Twitter feed for our bloggers. Â While in the past that feed automatically announced every new blog post, it doesn’t any more. Â The bloggers will note significant new posts, but the system won’t create a stream of automatic tweets, which we felt generated too many updates when combined with our own individual tweets. Â The automatic updates are still available if you want them, but they are now on a separate feed, @SCOTUSblogposts.
An easier way to monitor: Recent tweets from our feed now appear at the bottom of the inner right sidebar.
As always, please give us your feedback on the new features — via either Twitter or scotusblog.feedback@gmail.com
