Reversed and remanded, 6-3, in an opinion by Sonia Sotomayor on Jun 25, 2021. Justice Alito joined the court's opinion as to Parts I, II-C, II-D, III and IV. Justice Gorsuch filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Thomas and Kagan joined.
