Edward Foley, Recurring Columnist

Edward B. (Ned) Foley holds the Ebersold Chair in Constitutional Law at The Ohio State University, where he also directs its Election Law program. His experience relating to the Supreme Court, in addition to his scholarship, includes clerking for Justice Harry Blackmun and serving as Solicitor General of Ohio.
