This week at the court

On Monday, the Supreme Court released additional orders from the October 1 conference. In New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. City of New York, the justices denied New Yorks suggestion of mootness but instructed the parties to be prepared to consider the question at oral argument on December 2. The justices also heard oral argument in Kahler v. Kansas,Peter v. NantKwestandRamos v. Louisiana.

On Tuesday, the justices heard oral argument in Bostock v. Clayton County andHarris Funeral Homes v. EEOC.

On Friday, the justices will meet for their October 11 conference.
