Oral arguments have concluded for the term. No non-capital orders are expected, but if any orders are issued today in pending cases, we will post them promptly.

The Justice Department is to respond by 4 p.m. to the request for bail by former media mogul, Conrad M. Black.  Justice John Paul Stevens is considering the bail application (08A1063).
