This week at the court

On Monday, the court released orders from the February 21 conference, granting one case Fulton v. Philadelphia for oral argument next term and calling for the views of the solicitor general in a pair of consolidated petitions. The justices also heard oral argument in U.S. Forest Service v. Cowpasture River Preservation Association andOpati v. Sudan.

On Tuesday, the court released opinions inMcKinney v. Arizona,Rodriguez v. Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.,Hernandez v. MesaandMonasky v. Taglieri. The justices heard oral argument in United States v. Sineneng-Smith.

On Wednesday, the court released opinions in Intel Corp Investment Policy Committee v. Sulyma,Holguin-Hernandez v. United StatesandShular v. United States. The justices heard oral argument in Lomax v. Ortiz-Marquez.

On Friday, the justices will meet for their February 28 conference.
