Court names new legal counsel

Yesterday the Court announced that Ethan V. Torrey will succeed Scott Harris, who was named the Clerk of the Court earlier this year, as the Court’s legal counsel.  Torrey is currently a partner in the Boston law firm of Choate Hall & Stewart, where he specializes in complex business litigation.  Torrey will begin his duties in early January.
