Upcoming Term Review Panels

*Tues., June 30, 2009 at  8:30 a.m.: The Washington Legal Foundation will hold a media briefing at the M.J. Murdock Center on 2009 Massachusetts Ave, N.W. in which the speakers will assess rulings that affect the free enterprise system.  The panelists will be: The Honorable Dick Thornburgh, Walter Dellinger, Dan Himmelfarb, and Tom Goldstein. *Thurs., July 2, 2009 at 9 a.m. : The American Constitution Society will host a panel discussion at the National Press Club moderated by Kathleen M. Sullivan with Paul D. Clement, David C. Frederick, Linda Greenhouse, John Payton, Andrew J. Pincus, and Tom Goldstein. More information and registration is available here. 

*Mon., July 6, 2009 at 3 p.m. : Supreme Court correspondent Tony Mauro will lead a panel discussion at Georgetown Law School with David C. Frederick, Neal Kaytal, Gregory Coleman, and Pamela Harris.  More information is available here.

*Weds., July 8, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. :  Lyle Denniston will lead a panel discussion at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia with Miguel A. Estrada, Dahlia Lithwick, and Richard H. Pildes.
