Today at the Supreme Court: 4/17/07

In a busy day today at One First Street, the Court is expected to release at least one opinion beginning at 10 AM eastern; we will bring you coverage as opinions are made public. The Court is then scheduled to hear one hour of argument in EPA and NAHB v. Defenders of Wildlife (preview here, other commentary here), followed by one hour of argument in Sole v. Wyner (preview here, commentary here). After a recess, the Court will return to the bench for an afternoon session at 1 PM to hear one hour of argument in Uttecht v. Brown (preview here, other commentary here).
