Revised Circuit Assignment

With thanks to Michael Dimino of Widener Law, here is the revised assignment of Circuit Justices. Justice Alito gets the Eighth Circuit. Justice Thomas picks up his native Eleventh Circuit. And Justice Kennedy picks up his former court, the Ninth Circuit.
