Much Effort, Little Result

The Supreme Court relisted the Hells Angels decision I previously noted here and here a remarkable seven times before denying cert. today without explanation. It’s obviously impossible to know for certain what happened in the building in the cases but it seems very likely that someone was writing either a summary reversal or dissent from the denial of cert. but ultimately gave up the effort.
