Still more thoughts on comments

I really appreciate the many thoughtful comments, including those that presented competing perspectives on whether various decisions were right or wrong. (For one example, see the comment that just went up by a South African lawyer on the post on the juvenile death penalty ruling.) I approved all comments except to a point on two threads — one relating to the Tribe/Ponnuru post, which I moved off the blog entirely; and one relating to the Ten Commandments arguments, which after a time seemed to generate some less thoughtful posts on both sides. Please continue to add your thoughts through comments.
