On Monday the Supreme Court released orders from the June 21 conference. The justice added seven new cases to their merits docket for next term: Republic of Sudan v. Harrison, Washington State Department of Licensing v. Couger Den, Inc., Dawson v. Steager, Nutraceutical Corp. v. Lambert, Biestek v. Berryhill, Helsinn Healthcare S.A. v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and Henry Schein Inc. v. Archer and White Sales Inc.

The justices also announced their decisions in Abbott v. Perez and Ohio v. American Express Co.

On Tuesday the Supreme Court released its opinions in Trump v. Hawaii and National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra.

On Wednesday morning the Supreme Court released its final opinions from October Term 2017, in Janus v. AFSCME and Florida v. Georgia.

On Wednesday afternoon Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the Supreme Court.
