Vacated and remanded, 7-2, in an opinion by Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Apr 20, 2020. Justices Thomas and Alito joined the majority opinion except as to Part III–C. Justice Gorsuch filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Sotomayor joined as to Parts I, II, III and IV.
