Indiana v. Massachusetts

Issue: Whether the Massachusetts Animal Law, which prohibits farmers both inside and outside of the state from selling certain food products in Massachusetts that are the "product of a covered animal that was confined in a cruel manner," constitutes economic protectionism and extraterritorial regulation in violation of the Commerce Clause.
