A Salute to the General: William K. Suter

Suter, Clerk of the Court and Graduate of Tulane University School of Law, on Wednesday, June 12, 2013.[1] Our Clerk, William K. Suter, has announced his retirement after more than twenty-two years of distinguished service to this Court.
