Khoury v. United States
Petition for certiorari denied on January 7, 2019
Issue: (1) Whether burglary of a vehicle or trailer being used as a dwelling place qualifies as generic burglary under the Armed Career Criminal Act; and (2) whether, where the language of the state statute is plainly broader than the generic offense, a litigant must demonstrate that the state previously applied the statute in a nongeneric way, in order to show the statute is overbroad.
