Today at noon, we held a video discussion of yesterdays first-ever telephonic oral argument, in U.S. Patent and Trademark Office v. Booking.com. Tejinder Singh of Goldstein & Russell and John Duffy of the University of Virginia School of Law talked about the new argument format and what the case may mean for trademarks in marketing and advertising.
