The courtreleased its order list from theJune 22 conference on Monday.The courtgranted certiorari inMasterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission andDigital Realty Trust, Inc. v. Somers, and it released a per curiam opinion inPavan v. Smith.On Monday the court also released opinions in four argued cases: Davila v. Davis, California Public Employees’ Retirement System v. ANZ Securities, Inc., Trinity Lutheran Church of Columbia, Inc. v. Comerand Hernndez v. Mesa. The court ordered reargument in two cases: Jennings v. Rodriguezand Sessions v. Dimaya. The court released a per curiam opinion in Trump v. International Refugee Assistance Project andTrump v. Hawaii, granting the petitions for certiorari, consolidating the cases for argument during the October session, and granting in part the governments applications to stay the lower-courts injunctions.On Tuesday, the court released its order list from the June 26 conference. The court granted certiorari in six cases, for five hours of oral argument. The court also released new circuit assignments for the justices.
