Today’s Filing

Today we are filing the reply brief in Whitman v. U.S. Dept. of Transportation, No. 04-1131. The brief was prepared by Pam Karlan and the students in the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic. Prof. Karlan will argue the case on behalf of the petitioner on Dec. 5.
