Reviewing the Supreme Courts impact on state and local governments

On Thursday, July 15, at 2 p.m. EDT, the State and Local Legal Center and the National Association of Counties will host a webinar to cover cases of interest to state and local governments from the Supreme Courts 2020-21 term. It will be moderated by Lisa Soronen, the SLLCs executive director. The panel will feature New Jersey State Solicitor Jeremy Feigenbaum, Constitutional Litigation Center president Bob Peck, and (our very own) SCOTUSblog editor James Romoser.
