This week at the court

On Monday, the court released orders from the March 6 conference. The justices granted one case, Jones v. Mississippi, for oral argument next term.

On Thursday, the court announced that it would close to the public at 4:30 p.m. on March 12 “until further notice” due to “concern for the health and safety of the public and Supreme Court employees.”
