Justices refuse to block execution of Lee Hall

The Supreme Court this evening refused to block the execution of Lee Hall (also known as Leroy Hall Jr.), who was sentenced to death for the 1991 murder of Traci Crozier. Tennessee plans to execute Hall by electric chair tonight at 7 p.m. CT.
