													On Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., the justices released additional orders from the November 8 conference, adding no new cases to their merits docket. The justices heard oral argument in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California and Hernandez v. Mesa.
On Wednesday, the justices heard oral argument in the last two cases of the November sitting, Comcast Corp. v. National Association of African American-Owned Media and Ritzen Group Inc. v. Jackson Masonry, LLC.
On Friday, the justices met for their November 15 conference and released orders, adding four new cases to their merits docket for a total of three hours of oral argument.
