This week at the Court

The Court issued additional orders from its October 30 Conference on Monday, without adding any new cases to its merits docket for this Term.  (Last Friday the Court granted one new case, Voisine v. United States, from its Conference that day.)  The Court also heard oral arguments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  The hearing list for the November sitting is here.  On Friday the Justices met for their November 6 Conference.  They granted ten new cases that afternoon, seven of which were consolidated; that order list is here.
