Challengers’ brief in Utah same-sex marriage case

The challengers to Utah’s ban on same-sex marriage have filed their brief opposing the state’s request to stay the district court’s ruling striking down the ban pending appeal. (Lyle covered Utah’s filing earlier this week.)
