Original constitutional source materials for the Fisher affirmative action case

By

I’m involved with the Constitutional Sources Project, which is a non-partisan, non-profit organization devoted to research and discussion regarding original source materials related to the Constitution.

In anticipation of the Fisher case, research fellows at the project (particularly Erica Woebse at William & Mary Law School, overseen by Carl Cecere) have prepared a very interesting and helpful index of primary source materials that could be relevant to affirmative action.

Cases: Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin
