Our first topic is what the Supreme Court should (as opposed to will) do in the health care litigation. Also give some thought to the next four upcoming topics: the blog (its role and the redesign); the Maples ineffective assistance of counsel case; the Supreme Courts patent jurisprudence; and originalism as a mode of Supreme Court jurisprudence.

These daily Community posts will highlight the best comments from the day before. But this is the first day, so that will have to wait until tomorrow.
