This week at the Court

No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, nor are the Justices scheduled to hold a Conference. The next Conference is scheduled to take place on Friday, January 7, and oral arguments will resume on Monday, January 10.

Beginning on Friday, we will be suspending publication of regular blog features for the holiday, and will resume posting round-ups and “Petition of the Day” posts on Monday, January 3. Should any developments take place during that time, we will report on them promptly, as always.
