This week at the Court

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Monday, the Court is expected to hand down at least one opinion, and to release orders from its December 10 Conference. (Our list of “Petitions to Watch” for that Conference is here.) We will be covering these developments in a “Live Blog.”
No oral arguments are scheduled for this week, nor are the Justices scheduled to hold a Conference. The next Conference is scheduled to take place on Friday, January 7, and oral arguments will resume on Monday, January 10.
