Change in Feb. argument calendar

The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a revised argument calendar for the February sitting.  The only change is that a government appeal, in U.S. v. Tinklenberg (09-1498) will be heard at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, in place of Bullcoming v. New Mexico (09-10876), which has been moved to the slot previously set for the Tinklenberg case, March 2 at 11 a.m.  The new calendar is here.
