Live-blog: Orders and opinions | 11.15.10

This morning, beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern, the Court is expected to issue at least one opinion (though it may simply be a notation that the judgment in a case is affirmed by an equally divided Court), as well as orders from last week™s conference. We will relay those developments in the Live Blog below, with the assistance of our reporter at the Court, Lyle Denniston.
