The week ahead

No oral arguments are scheduled this week.  Orders — but no opinions — are coming this morning.

As for merits briefs, the petitioner’s replies are due in American Needle v. NFL (08-661), Abbott v. Abbott (08-645), and Jerman v. Carlisle (08-1200) on Thursday, Dec. 17.
