Hearing list for next two weeks

The Supreme Court on Friday released this hearing list for oral argument in the session that begins on Monday. The list was released after the resolution of a weeks-long dispute over who would argue the top side of the case set for 1 p.m. Monday, Carcieri , Governor of Rhode Island, et al., v. Kempthorne, et al. (07-526).
