PrawfsBlawg has this post on “what to ask Judge Alito.” The author argues that Judge Alito should be given “all the briefs filed in X case decided by the Supreme Court during its Y Term.” Then, Judge Alito should come to his confirmation hearing as though it is the morning just before oral argument, prepared to respond to questions about the case.
