Thursday’s Conference (cont’d)

Lyle reminds me that my list for Thursday’s conference leaves off the SG’s petition in 04-1495, Hartman v. Moore, which certainly has a strong chance of being granted. I included Hartman as an addendum to the conference list which I discussed here but forgot to include it on the master list.
