Salman v. United States

Docket No.15-628
Op. Below9th Cir.

Holding

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit properly applied the court's decision in Dirks v. Judgment

Affirmed, 8-0, in an opinion by Samuel Alito on Dec 6, 2016.
