Issue: (1) Whether the Supreme Court should temporarily stay the execution of Corey Johnson in order to consider his claim of intellectual disability, which would make him ineligible for the death penalty under the Federal Death Penalty Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3596(c); and (2) whether the court should temporarily stay the execution to consider whether Johnson is entitled to seek a sentencing reduction under the First Step Act of 2018.
