Friedman v. Republic of Hungary

Issue: (1) Whether Hungary and its national railway violated the international law of expropriation by their seizure of stateless persons" property; and (2) whether Hungary"s violation of the Treaty of Trianon by expropriation of Jews" property was a taking in violation of international law under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
