Boima v. United States
Emergency application for stay is withdrawn on Nov. 19, 2024 as the district court dismissed the criminal complaint against Boima.
Issue: Whether the Supreme Court should stay the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit"s mandate so that Samuel Boima may pursue his challenge to how the lower court determined what constitutes a "serious" crime warranting involuntary medication.
