Bay Point Properties, Inc. v. Mississippi Transportation Commission

Issue: (1) Whether the just-compensation clause prohibits a legislature from limiting how just compensation for a taking is calculated; and (2) whether the just-compensation clause allows the jury to value the fee interest taken as if it were still encumbered by a discontinued highway easement.
