Reversed, 6-3, in an opinion by Samuel Alito on Jun 29, 2021. Justice Thomas filed an opinion concurring except for footnote 4 and concurring in the judgment, in which Justice Gorsuch joined. Justice Breyer filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Sotomayor and Kagan joined.
