Nicholas Bagley, University of Michigan Law School

Nicholas Bagley is a professor at the University of Michigan Law School. From March to August 2020, he served as special counsel to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on her COVID-19 response. Prior to joining the law school, he was an attorney with the appellate staff in the Civil Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
