Mathew Rosengart, national co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s media & entertainment litigation group, served as a law clerk to Justice David Souter on the New Hampshire Supreme Court during the 1987-1988 Term. He previously served as a Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney and Trial Attorney in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of DOJ. David Souter was my first boss, during the 1987-88 term of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, where I was privileged to serve as one of his two law clerks shortly before he was elevated to the United States Supreme Court.
