Mathew Rosengart, national co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s media & entertainment litigation group, served as a law clerk to Justice David Souter on the New Hampshire Supreme Court during the 1987-1988 Term. He previously served as a Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney and Trial Attorney in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions of DOJ. He is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading litigators, having received numerous accolades, including being named one of the Leading Litigators in America by Forbes and Lawdragon; a “heavy hitting trial lawyer” by The Legal 500 US; a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation; and a California Lawyer Attorney of the Year by the Daily Journal.
