Craig is a professor of law at the University of Virginia. He has published in the Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Penn, and other law reviews. Before teaching, he was a Deputy Solicitor General for California, and has more recently filed amicus briefs in several cases, including, most recently, in United States v. Skrmetti.
