Crowe v. State Bar of Oregon

Issues: (1) Whether compelled membership in a bar association that engages in nongermane activities is necessarily unconstitutional; and (2) whether the court should reconsider Keller v. State Bar of California in light of Janus v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31, and require the activities of a mandatory bar association to satisfy at least exacting scrutiny.
